Our brewery today has one malt-boiling system, eleven maturation tanks, two finished (ready-to-drink) product tanks and an up-to-date bottling plant and a labeling plant. The production capacity of the brewery reaches almost 2.600 HL annually. All production processes are conducted in completely environmentally friendly methods to ensure the reduction of the ecological impact to a minimum. Furthermore, through all production stages we carry out very strict quality checks in our products, so that the consumer will get a totally safe and of high quality product.
Our brewery operates from Monday to Friday and it is open to all those who want to visit and take a close look to our facilities. So, if you happen to be in Serres, we will be delighted to guide you to the delightful world of beer and treat you a refreshing beer, as the Macedonian tradition requires.
Our beers are Greek, fresh and non-pasteurized. They are produced in Serres with love and care and carry the flavors and freshness of the North throughout Greece.
