The brewery was born in our land, in Serres, where our roots and our friends, our past and our future are. We chose a building just outside the city, close to nature and also meeting the demands of a contemporary brewery. We invested into an integrated system of state-of-the-art production, innovative and unique for the Greek microbrewery data, which enables us to produce products of premium quality, worthily competing the most popular beers of microbreweries worldwide.
Our investment bears the pure Greek characteristics as we worked with the largest Greek companies of the industry, in order to obtain all our equipment. Firstly, because we wish to support the Greek market and also because we strongly believe in the potential and the capacity of people, companies and regional industry of our country.
Our brewery today has one malt-boiling system, eleven maturation tanks, two finished (ready-to-drink) product tanks and an up-to-date bottling plant and a labeling plant. The production capacity of the brewery reaches almost 2.600 HL annually. All production processes are conducted in completely environmentally friendly methods to ensure the reduction of the ecological impact to a minimum. Furthermore, through all production stages we carry out very strict quality checks in our products, so that the consumer will get a totally safe and of high quality product.
Our brewery operates from Monday to Friday and it is open to all those who want to visit and take a close look to our facilities.
